Returns & Refund Policy

At VIDHAH, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with care. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited returns policy.

1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns on products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Since many of our items are handmade and made-to-order, slight variations are natural and not considered defects.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Unboxing video (if available)

    • Order details

After verification, we will:

  • Offer a replacement OR

  • Provide a refund, depending on availability

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items received

  • We do not offer exchanges for change of mind

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once production/shipping has started, cancellation is not possible

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products

  • Personalized items

  • Used or damaged items not reported within time
